A great place for those who are staying in Trabzon for the first time and not only. The rooms are very good, we took a regular room and were satisfied, everything is kept clean and tidy. I can’t say anything about the restaurant, we didn’t have time to go in, but I think that everything is at a good level there. Employees The staff of this hotel is one of the best I have met, they will help you with absolutely everything, prompt,support in a conversation, I want to thank them for their help and courtesy!

the hotel location and view are nice, the breakfast hall so big and the food is good, the view of the room was to the swimming pool, staff is good as I saw, even was misunderstanding in the first but later was all good.

We were looking for a hotel to stay with a dog. In this hotel it was not a problem. Very polite staff. We reserved a standard room, but hotel upgraded to a bungalow🙏🏻 I recommend to everyone

The hotel was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious. The best part was swimming pool. friendly and helpful staff. city centre was 10 minutes away from us, you should go there by car or taxi. But this was not problem for us. Everything was great.
